Santa Chicago is a real bearded Santa Claus for hire serving the greater Chicagoland area.
Santa Chicago’s doctor is seldom late & Santa Chicago is seldom very early, but in January 2016 Santa Chicago had to wait for a reason that Santa Chicago can not recall. Reading a magazine while waiting Santa Chicago read about a Santa shortage. Already sporting a short white beard and having a love of Christmas he decided that he too could spread the joy of Christmas. Santa Chicago in October 2016 went to the world’s longest continuously operating Santa school. Upon returning home from Santa school, he had an offer at a mall. Another week later, another week past and a request to interview on State St arrived. Santa Chicago thought for a minute about what was big enough on State Street that would want a Santa in November & December. Wow, the address was for Macy’s! Just out of school Santa Chicago knew he would not get the job, but what an opportunity to interview for information. Seven & a half minutes into the interview and it was over and that could only mean one thing – as expected. So he said, “If you want me, you have my contact information.” The interviewer said, “Oh, we want you, you just have to pass the background check.”
Santa Chicago has been at photo studios, tree lighting ceremonies, ‘Santa Express’ Metra train rides, fundraisers, condominium association parties, home visits, park districts events, special needs parties, product promotions, and corporate parties. He has also played Дед Мороз, aka Ded Moroz, grandpa frost, Кыш Бабай / Kış Babay, Дзед Мароз, Dzied Maroz, Дід Мороз, Did Moroz, Dziadek Mróz, Дедушка Мороз, Dedushka Moroz, Деда Мраз / Deda Mraz, Дядо Мраз, Dyado Mraz, Dedek Mraz, Dedo Mráz, Дедо Мраз, Dedo Mraz, & Djed Mraz.
Santa Chicago is a real bearded Santa Claus available for hire at your Home Party or Business Get-togethers and Corporate Events. Photo Sittings, Tree Lightings, and Parades may also be arranged.
In 2020 Santa Chicago started providing ‘video visits with Santa’, at first through Zoom visits but is now also available using Facetime, and other platforms.
In 2019 Santa Chicago appeared on a local news broadcast while at Walt Disney’s birthplace and was in a documentary about Santa Chicago.

New this year: Elf on the shelf pickup, teenage prerecorded messages, and Christmas Eve sneak-n-peek (catch Santa in the act of putting presents under the tree-how fun is that).
Santa Chicago is also known as Santa Claus, Father Christmas, Saint Nicholas, Saint Nick, Kris Kringle, Ho Ho, or simply Santa.
